Few times I have come across a person who is doing the exact job they were meant to do. Dr Marian Salgado is a Dentist who is compassionate, warm and kind but also is precise and confident. She was able to explain my treament so easily, balancing informing me well but easing my worries. I felt confident, at ease and excited to come back and continue to see her! I have never in my life have been happy to go to the dentist but I found my dental home and will see her wherever she goes. I hope this review reaches her and she can know the impact it made on me.

I love the staff, from front desk to clinical, everyone is 10/10. Im glad I found a trustworthy dentist like Dr. Javier after a long search with such a caring team. And everyone there seems happy because they are all pregnant! It seems like their office family just keeps getting bigger and I’m here for it 🙌🏽

My experience at this office was extremely disappointing. Not only will I not return, but I would strongly encourage others to go elsewhere. The biggest issue was billing. I ultimately paid significantly more than I was originally quoted and did not recieve the additional bill until four months later, at which point it was too late to address them through my insurance. Attempts to get clarification from the billing department were frustrating and unproductive, with repeated claims that they didnt know how to explain it to me. Communication and customer service were equally concerning. The front desk staff were often dismissive, avoided answering questions directly, and even represented themselves as managers when they were not. I repeatedly requested to speak with an actual manager, but was told no one was available, and none of my calls were ever returned. My treatment experience was also problematic. For my first crown appointment, I sat waiting for over an hour and a half while multiple staff members stopped by to ask if I had been seen until eventually, I was informed that the dentist was at lunch and the appointment had to be rescheduled. The entire staff of Six Mile Cypress Dental Care are top notch. From my first visit I was well cared for by everyone that works there. The necessary procedures were explained to me in great detail. The billing for my procedures was gone over and there were no hidden costs when I went to pay. Dr Connor and Dr Javier were very thorough in treating me and their level of care was very comforting. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing dental care.
